The Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley is a 501( c ) (3) nonprofit agency dedicated to the care of children. They take pride in providing not only recreational but education activities that will help build life long, productive citizens with the ability to give back to their communities in a positive manner.

The Corporate Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization responsible for the establishment and periodic review of all policies. These personnel policies have been developed with the input of staff, but the board retain the final authority and responsibility.
