Sales were up 17% from last

September

Single Family sales

were up 18% from

last September

Inventory is down 16% from last year.

29% of listings on the market were

under contract on October 1st.

The market has peaked already for the year but activity remains

strong.

YTD sales are up approximately 24% from last

year.

Fewer listings have gone on the market this year.

My View of the MarketSales are up 24% compared to last year.The inventory remains low compared to the

activity.The market is slowing down as the year winds
