Provider and Facility setupDescription

To set up facilities, first hover your mouse cursor over the Menu button, located the top left corner!

Once the menu appears, click on “Facility”

Once at the “Facility” page, click on “Add Facility” located at the top right corner.

Clicking “Add Facility” will allow the user to create a new facility from the Edit Facility page. Filling in the required information and choosing whether the facility is a Billing location, Service Location, and/or a

Primary Business entity and clicking save will create the facility. In this case, we are creating Facility A!

Once the facility is saved, it will appear in the list of facilities!

To edit and add new users, hover the mouse icon over the menu button and click on “Users.”

This will bring you to the users page where you can click on “Add User”

From the Edit Users screen, simply fill in all the information, choose what user group the new user will be in, check or uncheck “Provider” and “Calendar” to give provider and calendar access accordingly and

then click Save! In this case, we are creating the new user, “Doctor 1.”

Once Save is clicked, the new user will appear in the list of users
