Uso del To Be Going toSe utiliza para hablar de planes en el futuro, así como para hacer referencia a algo que está a punto de ocurrir.

El futuro “going to”, se traduce como “voy a “ más un verbo.

Uso del To Be Going toUsamos el futuro 'going to' para:

1. Para expresar intenciones.Ejemplo:I am going to get slimmer ----> Voy a adelgazar.

2. Para hablar de planes futuros.Ejemplo:She is going to sing tonight ---->Ella va a cantar esta noche.

Uso del To Be Going to

3. Para hacer predicciones de futuro a través de hechos evidentes en el presente.Ejemplo:Hold tight. You are going to fall down---> Agárrate fuerte. Te vas a caer.

4. Para hablar de hechos que van a ocurrir con seguridad en el futuro.Ejemplo:I am going to finish high school next year--->Voy a terminar la preparatoria el próximo año.
