• Try multiple platforms.• Choose the platform that reaches the

people you want to reach with the message you want to send.

• Integrate Social Media with your current traditional media plan.

• Build your brand consistently across the different platforms.

• Write out 20 keywords• Listen• Who are you targeting?• Who is the voice of your organization?• Set your goals/messages for your status• Join the conversation• Ask for help• Measure your ROI and adjust if necessary• Use multiple platforms• Be consistent across platforms

Anti-Spam laws• Provide templates for easy professional looking

emails• Add videos, hyperlinks, pictures• Provide analytics on click throughs, opens,

website, facebook etc.

Print Advertisments

• Continue to use local newspapers, magazines, postcards, fliers, business cards etc.

• Add your social media urls• Use QR codes on your printed

material• Keep your messages consistent• Use PDF and jpeg formats of your

print material to post them on your social media platforms
