Barringtonia asiatica (Fish Poison Tree, Putat or Sea Poison Tree) is a species of Barringtonia native to mangrove habitats on the tropical coasts and islands of the Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean, grown along streets or beaches for decorative and shade purposes

The Ruffled Fan Palm (Licuala Grandis) originated from Vanuatu, Australia. The palm has a long slender trunk which normally extends perpendicularly upwards wearing a crown of bright green leaves right at the top. The leaves contour like green 'Ruffles' potato chips and are almost round with saw tooth edges, overlapping each other gently.

Frangipani (Plumeria) Plumeria is related to the Oleander, Nerium oleander, and both possess an irritant, rather similar to that of Euphorbia. Contact with the sap may irritate eyes and skin

Erythrina fusca

Erythrina fusca is a species of flowering tree in the legume family, Fabaceae. It is known by many common names, including purple coral tree, gallito, bois immortelle, bucayo, and "coral bean". E. fusca has the widest distribution of any Erythrina species; it is the only one found in both the New and Old World. The tree is highly adapted to coastal conditions, tolerant of both flooding and salinity. Like many other species in the genus Erythrina, E. fusca contains toxic alkaloids which have been utilized for medicinal value but are poisonous in larger amounts. The new buds and leaves are eaten as a vegetable. The easy-to-grow and attractive flowering tree is cultivated as an ornamental shade and hedge plant. It is a common shade tree in cacao plantations.

The tree is also cultivated throughout non-indigenous tropical areas, such as in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the southern United States. The fruit has distinctive ridges running down its sides (usually five, but can sometimes vary); in cross-section, it resembles a star, hence its name. The entire fruit is edible and is usually eaten out of hand. They may also be used in cooking, and can be made into relishes, preserves, and juice drinks.
