PLAYER AND COACHES DEVELOPMENT
Player DevelopmentWe follow a holistic approach towards player de- vel-opment, with emphasis on their tacticaland technicalknowledge, along with the players physical and socialdevelopment. The development process is dividedinto two major levels - Level 1 (basic developmentthrough regular training) & Level 2 (advanced trainingthrough Development Squads).
Coaches DevelopmentBBFS values its human capital our current pool of65 coachesundergo a special training program un-dertaken by our head of coach development, StevieGrieve. Our Coaches Development Plan facilitatesthe coaches with a systematic growth plan for theiroverall development as professional trainers alongwith the opportunity to undertake AIFF certied li-cense courses.
Going forward, we would like to provide our coacheswith the opportunity to interact with experiencedinternational coaches from youth academies across
Europe through participation in international clubtournaments, technical tie-ups, etc.
We provide the complete pathway for a player todevelop from an amateur youth to a professionalfootballer, by giving them the right opportunities andknowledge to realize their potential.
