Delegates´ Booklet

Dear delegate,

Autumn NatCo is less than a week away. Have you already been inspired by AIESEC and what it could bring to your campus and community? Are you full of ideas how to enable more and more young people to change their life by discovering their potential? Do you know how to develop your personal leadership brand to become the person you want to be?

Message from our President

Whether you do or whether you don’t – take your inspiration, questions and ideas to NatCo and I promise something magical will happen. A group of engaged students coming together for a weekend to learn from and challenge each other, united by a common idea what we as the youth can do to make AIESEC in Ireland a better organization and ultimately Ireland a better country.

Sounds too big, too crazy, too complicated?

Find out why it is not with us.We can’t wait to meet you all.

All the best, Elli & MC Cú Chulainn

Global Village

One of our six values in AIESEC is living diversity, for that reason we embrace every opportunity that allow us to get to know more about other cultures and countries!

In every AIESEC conference around the world there is a space where each delegation brings typical food from their own or a chosen country.

By doing that we ensure you get to chance to learn more about another country which might just increase your willingness to travel EVEN more.

What kind of food should each LC bring?Yes, it would be awesome to bring a home-made Paella, but that’s logistically complicated, right? These are some things that delegations usually bring:1. Snacks: the easiest - go to the supermarket or a specialized shop and buy some chips, nachos, chorizo pieces ... whatever represents your country, easy!2. Microwavable food: buy instant meals (chinese noodles, tortillas, sausages, ready to serve rice/paste etc.) and just put it in the microwave.3. Bought food: if there is a cheap restaurants nearby, just buy some dishes to take-away.4. Drinks: It’s the evening of a long day – relax while sharing your country’s favourite beverage. So do I have to bring food?Every Local Committee organizes it differently, the Conference Team is already in touch with your LC to give you examples of dishes and snacks you can bring. Your LC will contact you in case you have to bring something :)
