• There is a series currently on bbc3 called ‘don’t call me crazy’ which focuses on a mental health clinic for teenagers.

• Shown on shows such as skint and shameless, children don’t take education seriously.

• "The Best Little Girl in the World" Jennifer Jason Leigh stars as Casey Powell, a teenager secretly suffering from anorexia nervosa. Her condition stems from problems at school and a troubled home life.

• Being a teenager I feel that this topic is very relatable as eating disorders are mainly picked up by teenagers and young adults

My Favourite topic out of the three I have listed is the Anorexia & Bulimia topic.

I feel that this is the strongest topic choice as anorexia & bulimia is a very controversial topic and rarely receives media coverage due to its sensitive nature. I feel that the topic shouldn’t be ignored as many people suffer, or know people who have suffered or who are suffering from the illness.
