    Scope of Additional Service : Allow for any Abortive Works & Works Remote from the Workface.

    12 Prepare a commercial risk assessment in conjunction with ECH to identify the Employers level

    of commercial exposure.3 Prepare a list of key design issues that support this risk assessment.4 Prepare a list of areas of the design that have not been coordinated between the design disciplines to

    support the risk assessment5 Highlight any areas of inefficient / uneconomical design detailing.6 Review the coorordination and integration of the MEP Plant services, one with another and with the

    structural design (incl plant and equipment spaces)7 Review the MEP reticulation across the roof and down the risers to the Lower Ground to ensure the

    roof layout and riser cross sections are adequate.8 Propose, in conjuction with EC Harris, how these shortcomings in the design delivery are managed in

    the furture to reduce / eliminate the commercial exposure to the Employer.9 Review to commence on 18 April 2013.

    Reason :The initial review of the AEB Detailed Design has lead to concerns as to the completeness of this designand the coordination of the design and this is considered to present a significant risk of time and cost claims being submitted during the construction stage.Should this review prove to be commercially adverse, we will recommend that the Employer seeka peer review of the AEB Architectural design.
