Ora, dico io, come è possibile che si debba perdere tempo a certificare l'assenza di sostanze che sono totalmente vietate in

Europa da almeno 7 anni ?

Mi hanno chiesto di firmare una dichiarazione sull’uso di sostanze che non conosco, io ho

firmato ma cosa rischio ?

Il mio prodotto è stato controllato e hanno trovato delle sostanze vietate dal REACH,

come è possibile ?

Mi hanno detto che verrà un auditor a fare un’analisi della mia gestione dei prodotti

chimici, cosa staranno cercando?

Mi contestano un prodotto sul quale è stata trovata una certa quantità di una sostanza

regolamentata, ma la quantità rilevata rispetta i limiti imposti dalla legge. Chi ha ragione?

Il cliente mi chiede di assicurare dei livelli di solidità delle tinte praticamente impossibili da

raggiungere per quell’articolo perchè deve esportare in Cina. Cosa posso fare?
