DURATION The link in the email will be active only for a certain period or allow only a certain number of consultations. This link may allow direct access to the file to download or open an HTML page dynamically generated by ARX-LINK.

SENDING AND REPETITION Messages can be immediately sent or scheduled. You can also set a cyclic sending if the link is not consulted.

WORKFLOW EVENTS You can start a workflow after these events: click on the link, link deadline, link deadline if not consulted.

CONTROL CONSULTATION

A notification to one or more users can start after link consultation.

Any consultation is available in a log on the database.

CONTENT

The email contains an html, which can be defined with en HTML editor or with ARXivar editor. In this way you can create messages with value-added content, a look and feel attractive or appropriate to the company image.
