April 2012 Updates:

Alma’s artistic adventures

Alma explored drawing and colouring in on large paper (top)

and drawing with chalk on a small board (right)

Alma enjoys scribbling and layered collage with stickers.She has started to point out areas of her drawings and

labelling them “this is a duck”, “a banana”, “an angry girl”.

This project started from sticking Aussie animal stickers but then

grew into finger painting with water colours (Alma’s initiative).

Sticking, painting, exploring – only with the colour blue!

Alma saw me sticking recipes with a glue stick, so she wanted to sit next to me and do her own collage

project. She got coloured paper and leftover pictures.

Rubbing, printing, sticking – all with Autumn leafs!

Alma worked seriously and inventively on her leaf project, always seeking new ways to explore.

Alma made a thankyou card for her grandpa Ido

She also decorated the envelope (Hahgoot added the love heart).
