Accomplishments May 21, 1932, flew to Europe.Flew across U.S.A.,1928.Crossed ocean in 15 hours 18 minutes.Started a round the world flight on June 1 1937.Plane is lost, June 3, 1937.Won a lot of awards in England.
Later Life1931 married Gorge Palmer Patner. June 3 1937, lost at sea.
Fun FactsNamed her plane Friendship.Nick names were, Lady Lindy, First Lady of Air.Placed 3rd in Women's Air Derby.
