◦ Managing event ideas and expectations

Needed to create an efficient way to collect information from volunteers to keep our sanity

Alumni enjoy (and came to expect) annual programs planned by the Alumni Affairs staff

Volunteers enjoy planning club events

Alumni frequently gather with each other on their own and (gasp!) don’t tell us about it

And what could we do about it?

Gives us a way to organize and communicate regional program opportunities for alumni

Includes three ways alumni can enjoy events:◦ Signature Programs◦ DIY Event Kit◦ Colgate-in-a-Box
