ONLINE TUTORING AND SERVICE HOURS FORM

• To submit your hours or to enter what you can tutor in go to the NHS Website. Then click on the Welcome link on the right side of the page. You will find your forms there.

SPRING SERVICE PROJECTS• Humane

Society Donation Drive• This is the SPRING

Chapter-Wide Service project.

• It is mandatory for all members.• Collect and transport items from the school to the

shelter• Kick-off: Within the next two weeks (do not bring

until February 9th!!!)• Due Date: March 6th, 2015

Drop-offs & Interruptions

• The drop-off box that was outside of Ms. Ryder’s room was BROKEN, so you will no longer be able to drop off stuff midday.

• SO:• Do not interrupt Ms. Ryder during school hours.

• Do not interrupt Ms. Warren during school hours.

• Do not expect them to accept forms, letters, supplies, notions, etc. during school hours (this includes in between classes).

• If you need to turn anything in or discuss NHS matters, please come after 2:15. Forms can be turned in to teachers at that time.

CHAPTER BY-LAW REMINDER

• “Paperwork, required documents, and service will be completed and turned in by established deadlines or earlier.”

• Violation of by-laws will be grounds for a dismissal meeting.

• Warning letters are still being sent to those who did not participate in the December mandatory drive or failed to turn in paperwork on time.
