IntroductionThere are two types of habit:-
Good Habits :- A behavior that is beneficial to one’s physical or mental health, often linked to a high level of discipline and self-control.Examples good habits Regular exercise, consumption of alcohol in moderation, balanced diet, monogamy, etc.
Bad Habits :-A bad habit is an undesirable behavior pattern. Common examples include: procrastination, fidgeting, overspending, nail-biting. The sooner one recognizes these bad habits, the easier it is to fix them.
Wake up early in the morning
Good Habits
Set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier than normal.
Give yourself enough time for a good night's rest.
It give you energy to work well.
Go to bed early
Good Habits
Determine what time you need to wake up.
Subtract 8 hours from the time you wake up and sleep.
Sleeping early keeps you healthy and removes tiredness.
Have a bath daily
Good Habits
Keeps you clean and healthy.
Keeps you fresh and remove tiredness.
Helps prevent diseases.
Brush your teeth twice a day
Good Habits
Keeps your teeth clean and healthy.
Prevent germs and diseases.
Prevent bad smell from mouth.
Cut your nails regularly

Keeps your nails clean.
Prevent spreading germs and diseases.
Prevents any cuts and wounds.
Eating too much fast food
Bad Habits
Causes stomach disorder.
Causes tooth decay.
Keeps you unhealthy.
Biting your nails

Causes nail infection.
Germs get easily inside your body.
Causes stomach pain and disorder.
Leaving your food uneaten

Makes you unhealthy.
Gives you less energy to work.
May cause diseases.
Spending too much time on the couch watching TV

Makes you lazy.
ConclusionBuilding habits are a completely
natural thing and it happens when we are learning or repeating a particular activity. We need to respect other people’s ideas and beliefs when we challenge what people are doing and suggesting a different way of doing things.
If we build good, useful habits we can avoid rude awakenings and reduce the number of mistakes we make everyday and this could lead to a sound and systematic living.
