use development providing for 24/7 activated public space, access to transit, bounteous ammenities, and a variety of housing
conventions for people of all backgrounds and lifestyles. Addtionally, the development features Atlanta’s first micro-unit housing, an
underground bar, and the International Institute for Heat Island Research.
