The Aircraft Manual Supplement (AMS) is to be used in conjunction with the related aircraft’s manuals. The information contained within this manual relates to various alterations/changes/modifications that have been carried out on the associated aircraft. A list of effective alterations/changes/modifications can be found in the Introduction pages to this manual. These alterations/changes/modifications are in addition to the initial design of the aircraft and are therefore detailed within this manual using appropriate and related convention. This manual complies with EASA Regulations CS-25.1529 and CS-25 Appendix H, which in turn mirror the FAA regulation 14 CFR 25.1529.

INTRODUCTION
1. General A. This publication was prepared on behalf of 365 Aerospace Ltd and is in accordance with Air Transport Association of America
Specification No. 100, Specification for Manufacturers Technical Data. The data contained within is related to certain changes/modifications/alterations that are in addition to the associated airplane’s type design.
NOTE: THIS MANUAL IS PREPARED SPECIFICALLY TO COVER THE AIRPLANE LISTED IN THE "INTRODUCTION"
SECTION, FOR THE OWNER/OPERATOR NAMED ON THE TITLE PAGE.
THIS MANUAL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS OR TRAINING, FOR ANY AIRPLANES NOT LISTED HEREIN.
B. The convention for the use of this publication is in the same convention (ATA 100) as the associated manufacturers AMM,

STEADY POSITION (NAVIGATION) LIGHTS - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES 1. General
A. This procedure contains these tasks for the steady position light:
(1) The replacement of the lamp in a red or green steady position light (referred to as a colored light).
B. The colored lights are in each wingtip behind a window. The wingtip is sealed to
stop fuel fumes and water.
(1) To replace the lamp in a colored light, you remove the access panel below the wingtip. To replace the lamp in a forward colored light, you also remove the forward and middle fairings. The middle fairing contains the window.

D. Lamp Replacement
(1) Do one of these steps to remove electrical power from the colored steady position light:
(a) Open each applicable circuit breaker and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
1) On the load control center panel, P18.
(b) On the overhead panel, P5, set the switch to the off position and attach
the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(2) Get access to the colored light.
(a) Remove the screws that hold the access panel and remove the panel.
(b) For a forward colored light, also remove the forward and middle fairings

(3) Carefully replace the lamp.
(a) Loosen the captive retaining screws that hold the base of the colored light.
NOTE: Do not remove the retaining screws that hold the lens.
(b) Remove the base.
NOTE: Make sure you do not change the position of the index pin in the
base of the colored light.
(c) Loosen the pressure nut by two turns.
(d) Remove the lamp from the light socket.
(e) Clean the lens with a clean dry soft cloth.
(f) Install the new lamp in the light socket.
NOTE: Make sure the silver part of the lamp will point aft.
(g) Tighten the pressure nut with your fingers.
(h) Hold the base in its position with the index pin in the hole in the lens.
(i) Tighten the base retaining screws.
WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU SEAL THE TERMINALS TO PREVENT AN EXPLOSION OF THE FUEL FUMES. AN EXPLOSION CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(j) If it is necessary, do this task for the electrical terminals of the
colored light: SEALS ON OPEN ELECTRICAL TERMINAL IN FLAMMABLE LEAKAGE ZONE – MAINTENANCE PRACTICES, PAGEBLOCK 20-10-47/201.
NOTE: It is optional to seal the electrical connection.
NOTE: The sealant does not have to become tack-free prior to the
completion of this procedure and dispatch of the airplane.
E. Lamp Test
(1) Supply electrical power (PAGEBLOCK 24-22-00/201).
(2) Remove each DO-NOT-CLOSE or DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(a) Close each circuit breaker that was opened.
(3) Set the switch to the on position.
(a) Make sure the new lamp comes on correctly.
(4) Set the switch to the off position.
(5) If the fairings were removed, install them (PAGEBLOCK 57-21-11/401).

(6) Install the access panel with its screws.
(7) Close these access panels:

(3) Get access to the colored light.

(4) Remove the colored light.
(a) Disconnect the electrical wires from the terminals of the colored light.
(b) Loosen the captive retaining screws that hold the base of the colored
light.
(c) Remove the base.
(d) If it is necessary, remove the lamp (PAGEBLOCK 33-43-11/201).
(e) Remove the lockwire from each lens retaining screw.
(f) Remove the lens retaining screws.
(g) Remove the lens retainer and the lens.

(b) Hold the lens and its retainer in the bracket in the wingtip.
NOTE: For the left wingtip, make sure the index pin hole is on the bottom. For the right wingtip, make sure the index pin hole is on the top.
(c) Install each lens retaining screw and its lockwire.
(2) If it is necessary, replace the lamp (PAGEBLOCK 33-43-11/201).
(a) Hold the light base in its position with the index pin in the hole in the
lens.
(b) Tighten the base retaining screws.
(c) Connect the electrical wires to the terminals.
(d) Do this task: SEALS ON OPEN ELECTRICAL TERMINAL IN FLAMMABLE LEAKAGE ZONE - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES, PAGEBLOCK 20-10-47/201.
NOTE: It is optional to seal the electrical connection.
NOTE: The sealant does not have to become tack-free prior to the
completion of this procedure and dispatch of the airplane.
E. Light Test
(1) Supply electrical power (PAGEBLOCK 24-22-00/201).
(2) Remove each DO-NOT-CLOSE or DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(a) Close each circuit breaker that was opened when the colored light was removed.
(3) Set the switch to the on position.
(a) Make sure the light comes on correctly.
(4) Set the switch to the off position.
(5) If the fairings were removed, install them (PAGEBLOCK 57-21-11/401).
(6) Install the access panel with its screws.
(7) Close these access panels:
