Acral Lentiginous Melanoma.

A 40-years-old men. The patient was referred to us

for the assessment of a pigmented lesion on the toe 12 months previously.

DERMOSCOPY

Acral Lentiginous Melanoma.

Irregular diffuse pigmentation:

• Pigmented blotches.

• The colour is brown with variable shades from tan to black

Acral Lentiginous Melanoma.

Features found in other melanoma:

• Irregulalry distributed dots and globules.

Acral Lentiginous Melanoma.

The fibrillar pattern:Numerous fine pigmented

filaments perpendicular to the furrows.

Most commonly seen on weight bearing areas.

Acral Lentiginous Melanoma.

An excision was performed and pathology revealed a Acral Lentiginous Melanoma Clark level III Breslow index at 1,5 mm.
