Or, is it true that it isn’t what you eat, but what eats you ?

One of the benefits of eating a plant based diet is you always know where your food came from-

People who eat healthy often need less medications

Many people complain that it is too much work to eat healthy. They want things that are easy to fix, peel or prepare.

Is it true there are new food products coming out that will make it easy to eat healthfully and safely?

Fast Food Restaurants often use not only meat,

but hoofs, tails, horns and other body parts

Some ethnic restaurants may not even use meat in their meat entrees...

When you eat healthy, it is important to know that everyone is not on the same page

And you may have to look the other way

To Eat Healthy, You MayHave to Put Yourself Out A Little

Sometimes we have to admit, our snacking has gotten out of balance

We may need to

taste things that

don’t always look or

smell good

You can strengthen yourteeth by eating fruits andvegetables, and even more by eating the skins and rinds

Eating fruitsand vegetables

means you will growappropriately

Is it true that when you drink water you should save it for the fishies or is this just an

old wives tale?

Most of you know that studies keep saying those who drink wine are healthier

But most of us know that the bioflavenoids in grape juice are the significant reason people are healthier, not the alcohol

And…drinking may make you see things or people in a different light (and not always a healthy light)

People often think just eating a little of something bad isn’t harmful, but it can catch up with you.

Even if you eat healthy, you still may need exercise

Patterns of eating may start quite early in life

Make sure you eat Super foods, not just lots of fluff…

People think that it is more fun to eat meat than vegetables, but if you make a daily habit of eating plant based foods, the foods can actually become more exciting…

Parents are some of the best role models for healthy eating

Sometimes, even when eating healthy, you can get too much of a good thing

But the most important to remember is when you eat a plant based diet, it doesn’t only make your body happy, you are making others happy as well.

Remember, you will have a longer life if you eat healthy
