An Advanced Waste Recycling Facility
EcoTac is not a pellet – It’s a fuel briquette with a different shape that is instrumental in it’s hydrophobic value
EcoTac is the only coal solid fuel alternative that provides a consistently high BTU fuel value. (same as coal)
EcoTac will reduce emissions of sulfur, carbon dioxide, mercury and many other pollutants.
EcoTac is manufactured in a physical shape and size that ships and stores similar to coal.
EcoTac requires no special storage facilities, nor any fuel handling retrofits, and it does not leach
EcoTac Fuel Briquettes from first facility already committed via letters of intent.
EcoTac The unique thing about the EcoTac fuel briquette technology is that it is very simplistic
Using today’s most advanced technologies that continuously separate recyclable materials out of incoming MSW, that otherwise would be disposed of at landfills & WTE plants.
We anticipate being able to recycle 90% to 95% of all incoming waste materials. These materials will be either marketed to end use manufacturers, or used in the production of EcoTac.
This project will be a model that will be used to show how private industry can exceed state policy on recycling (e.g. Solid Waste Master Plan).
HIGHEST RECYCLING CAPTURE RATE
Planned roof mounted solar panels◦ Project plans to use renewable energy to power the plant.◦ 92,000 square foot building will accommodate 80,000 square feet
of solar panels.◦ Can generate over 1,000,000 kwh/year in solar energy.◦ Any remaining power can be virtual net metered to other facilities.
SOLAR POWERED
We finalized our permitting with the Town of Rochester on June 25th, 2013
MEPA approval received August 23rd, 2013 from the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
We are just a few weeks from receiving the final modification of our existing permit for the Rochester facility.

2012 Solid Waste Report
24,649 tons were sent to WTE plants in 2012
• Lowest Price - $60/Ton• 5 or 10 Year Terms with 2, 3, or 4 - 5 year Options• No minimum or maximum tonnage• Sister company, ABC, can provide transportation as it
has reliably done so for over 45 years• Towns maintain right to market recyclables• This is by far the most environmentally friendly
method for managing Solid Waste.• Higher Recycling Rate• Solar Powered Facility
The full production of Eco-Tac fuel briquettes is already sold.
Many communities signed with Semass before the plant was built!!
In Closing
Do you want to pay MORE money to have your trash burned – OR – would you like to
pay LESS money and have your trash recycled at a solar powered environmentally
friendly facility?
