Advanced Placement Program

Advanced Placement courses are offered to students in all academic areas by recommendation only.

Courses are extremely challenging. Courses culminate in mandatory AP exams. $90 per exam. Course is taught to a nationally recognized

standard. AP Night: Thursday, January 3rd

Junior Honor Society

Students become eligible for membership in the Junior National Honor Society upon accumulation of:

• A grade point average of 90 or higher by the end of the third marking period, in 8th, 9th or 10th grade.

• A faculty committee will review the application for academic, service, leadership and teacher recommendation for each candidate.

• Scholar Incentive Medals Points are accumulated from grades 9-12
