Raise your FBL Fulfillment Order request on Seller Center

Prepare your products labeled with Lazada SKU & Product Name

Deliver to Lazada’s Fulfillment center every Wednesday only

– Stock receiving hours from 9.00am to 4.30pm (lunch hour from 1.00pm to 2.00pm)

1. Login to your Seller Center Account. Click on the “Products”

menu and select “Fulfillment by Lazada”

2. Select the tab “Send to Warehouse”

3. Choose “Create New Request” to create a FBL Fulfillment Order

4. You will arrive at a Fulfillment Order Request pop up window

5. Type in the open field

the SKU name that you

want to send to Lazada

6. Then click on Search

7. Click on the SKU

8. Insert the quantities you want to send to the warehouse

8. Add more SKU into the same FO (do not create 1 FO per SKU)

6. Select Delivery Type as “Send to Lazada Warehouse”. Select the

Arrival Date and Time of the stock to Lazada Fulfillment Center

=> Kindly submit request 1 week before intended inbound date.

7. Click “Submit” to finish creating the Fulfillment Order Request.

You can click “Save Draft” regularly during the process

5. Download the template “consignment_import_send”

5. Fill in only the following fields (others can be empty) :a. Delivery Type : [send] or [pickup]

please use send unless you use our pickup service

a. Shipping Date : [Date your are planning to deliver – at least 3 days later]

make sure you use that date format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM

a. Comment: [create by import]

b. Seller SKU : [Seller SKU name on SC]

c. Requested : [No. of units you want to send to our warehouse]

6. Make sure you save the file as a CSV under the

Encoding “Unicode (UTF-8)”

7. Choose “Send to Warehouse” and then click on “Upload

files” to upload your CSV file

8. Progress of your upload will appear and either show “success” or “Download Error Report”

In case of error, download the report and check what went wrong

Status Description

Open You saved draft of a request but this has not been submitted

Submitted Your request is successfully submitted and waiting for approval

Inbound Your request has been approved

Rejected Your request has been rejected

Received Your product have successfully inbound at the warehouse

Cancelled by warehouse Warehouse cancelled your request (we will contact you)

Cancelled by seller You cancelled your request
