“Advanced” > “Rebuild” button.

5. Reinstall the Windows Search Supposing that resetting index is useless, then you

can choose to reinstall Windows Search feature.1. At first, go to “Control Panel” > “Programs” >

“Programs and Features”.2. Next on the left side, click “Turn Windows

features on or off”.

3. Then in the new window, deselect the “Windows search” option. You will receive an alert, and just click “Yes”.

4. After that click “OK” and wait until it is shuttled off thoroughly.

5. Finally restart Outlook and re-enable the feature.
