Upgrade of Lifts

Propose to upgrade 4 old lifts which is 20 years over

and estimated cost of upgrade is RM230,000

• Resolution 5

Lifts replacement

Propose to replace 2 not repairable lifts one each from

Block A and Block B. Estimated cost of replacement is

RM360,000

• Resolution 6

Water Treatment Plant

Purpose to have own water treatment plant with the

estimated cost of RM350,000. (With the cooperation of

owners to share cost by paying water in advance of RM500

each unit and a credit note will be given to offset the

payment of water bills monthly of RM30.00 until the

amount is exhausted. With the cost of RM350,000 shared

by 700 units. After the cost of constructing the WTP has

been fully paid, we will re-project the operating cost and if

possible, reduce the monthly charges whenever necessary.

• Resolution 7

Internal re-painting of all corridors and common

areas

Propose to re-paint all corridors and common areas

of the 2 blocks with the estimated cost of RM250,000

• Resolution 8

Upgrade lobby ceiling and flooring including level 5 ceiling

Propose to have the ceiling and flooring of lobby areas to

be changed to have a more hotel effect. Estimated cost –

RM160,000

• Resolution 9

Repair all staircase railings and repainting of the railings

Propose all stairways railings need refurbishment and

repainting work. Estimated cost – RM60,000

• Resolution 10

Upgrade and change doors from fire doors to tempered

glass.

Propose to upgrade and change doors to tempered glass

doors at level 1 & level 2 except the main escape doors.

Estimated cost – RM25,000

• Resolution 11

To upgrade equipments for children’s playground

Propose to upgrade the children’s playground with full

set of equipment estimated cost – RM80,000

• Resolution 12

Missing fund RM280,000

Propose to write off the missing fund since it is over 6

years
