PLACEMENT PROCESS
The major objective of campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified
professionals before they complete their education. This process reduces the time
for an industry to pick the candidates according to their need. It is a cumbersome
activity and hence majority of the companies find it difficult to trace the right talent.
Many students do not understand the importance of the least interest in this due to
various factors viz., projects, assignments or more of activities loaded by the colleges
as part of their curriculum thinking that it is not useful. It is the responsibility of the
development along with creating a very good impact in them which makes them
feel every minute they spend in the placement training session is worth being there
and will help them in getting placed in their dream companies.
PROCEDURE:
Pre-placement Talk:
A presentation about the company will be made during the pre-placement talk.
Basically the presentation includes the information like selection procedure,
company’s milestone s, organizational achievements, candidates scope of
improvement within the organization if selected, salary, employment benefits.
Usually this presentation will end up with question and answer session, students
given chance to ask questions about.

Companies who are interested in campus visit for recruitment purpose will have
specific qualification criteria include marks or grade range, specific program.
Basically company go for specific professional like CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, ME, BT, M.Tech
and MBA to recruit.

placed before the group and formal discussion or knowledge sharing is expected by
the judge. Purpose of this round is to check communication skills, etiquette of
person, listening ability, convincing power, group leadership, leader or follower and
many more things are evaluated on the basis of requirement or the particular
intention of organization or company. It is very important for students to keep
updated with latest news and discussion topics for appearing in GD round.

ON CAMPUS GRE, GATE AND OTHER EXAMINATIONS
We conduct GRE, IELETS, TOEFL, GMAT, GATE and other National and International tests
for our students. The Princeton Review conducts GRE, IELETS, TOEFL, GMAT training for
our students. The Princeton Review has conducted on campus GRE classes at Sreenidhi
Institute of Science and Technology in the year 2016-17 as part of the association in that year
they have imparted GRE coaching to 35 students.
T.I.M.E. conducts GATE training for our students. Large number of students participating in
the GATE training program. The demand for GATE is increasing day by day as it provides the
students the great career ahead in the field of engineering. GATE stands for Graduate
Aptitude Test of Engineering. As the competition in this exam continuously increasing, it is
almost difficult to crack GATE Exam without getting any training. In the lace of proper skills
and complete guidance it is not possible for any students to crack this exam and to compete
with other aspirants sitting in the GATE exams.
No doubt, T.I.M.E. provides excellent training sessions to our students. T.I.M.E. provides
complete guidance to our students in an excellent manner so that they make a shining career
in this field. The GATE training sessions are conducted by experienced and professional
trainers who are expert in the field of engineering. Getting GATE training from reputed
institute is beneficial in following ways:
We will have a broad and deeper understanding of the complex concepts and terminologies
that are used by the professionals in this field. We will also be able to understand how to cope
up with different situations, ups and downs in the field of engineering and after the
completion of the training program, students confidence to cracking the exam is high as we
are very well aware of the terminologies of GATE.
Training from T.I.M.E. institute will also help us to get study material and notes which are well
prepared by the experts and professionals. During the training program students will be able
to know about the recent updates, news, important dates of the GATE exams and student can
manage the things in a professional manner before the exam.
Learning by our own getting training from a reputed coaching institute is different. We may be
able to learn by our own through different books available, internet, by watching videos but
this process will take a lot of time to grab the things while in the presence of an expert teacher
we can really learn things fast. We will be guided by an expert who has several years of
experience in this arena. The professional teachers will guide us in such a way that we will be
able to cope up with every situation related to GATE exams.
Regular sessions will be conducted, study material would be provided test series will be held
on regular basis, counseling sessions, seminars and workshops will be conducted and most
importantly complete our whole syllabus much before exams with sorting out all our queries
are some of the features that we should look for before joining a GATE training institute.
