When Ser and Estar can be used

• Try to decide which picture is a “ser” type picture, and which is an “estar” type picture.– “Wow, tú eres/estás muy alta.”

Now, try to write a caption for these two pictures using “alegre” and ser/estar.

Lisa está muy alegre porque ahora tiene un cachorro.

Las muchachas son muy alegres; claro, las porristas siempre son alegres.

Now, make up one caption using “ser” and another using “estar” for the same picture below.
