American Bindery & Mailing has been in the Bindery & Mailing

business for over 13 years. It is our belief that our customers

should be treated with the utmost respect and

professionalism. All jobs are always completed in a timely

manner and we can accommodate quick turn-a-

rounds when scheduled.

Our services range from die-cutting, shrinkwrapping, folding

and saddle stitching to inkjetting, personalized match mailings,

inserting and tabbing.

Mailing Division

We offer a full range of mailing services from concept to

completion. Our staff can help you design and implement a successful direct mail campaign. We are well versed in postal regulations and offer free consultations to our

customers on mail piece design, mail list purchase, and other

money saving techniques. There is no job too big or too small for us to

handle.

Mailing ServicesMail List Management:

The first and most important part of preparing your mailing is the mail list. We run our clients’ mail lists through a sophisticated process to correct and standardize addresses and insure the best postage rates possible. We can also maintain your database, making additions and deletions as the needs arise.

Our High Speed ink jet systems utilize the latest inkjet technologies available and we consistently produce crisp and sharp addresses on every mail piece. We can handle a wide range of materials, stocks, sizes, thicknesses and most coatings. We can also incorporate multiple colors and fonts.

Variable Data Laser Printing:

We have the ability to merge database fields into a selfmailer or letter to add a more personalized look and feel. Response rates are shown to be much higher when you add personalization specific to the targeted person.

Inserting:

We provide machine insertion capabilities for our clients. We can insert up to six pieces into as large as a 6 ½ x 9 ½ booklet envelope.

Tabbing:We can apply wafer seals

(tabs) to your mailing pieces to ensure compliance with USPS standards. We can even enhance your mailing by placing a Post-It Note® on the outside of the mail piece

We provide a full range of fulfillment services including hand inserting, labeling, sorting, polybagging and metering foreign mail.

professionalism to the industry. We have the skills to take your printed

materials and turn them into a unique book, brochure, pad, door hanger,

etc. We take special care to assure that you receive the highest quality

at an affordable price. We love a challenge no matter how big or small.

Osako – Signature form Saddle Stitcher with 8 pockets plus cover feeder and 3-Knife trimmer with in-line folding capabilities.

Horizon Vac 100 – 20 bin flat sheets collator, Saddle Stitcher, face trimmer and straight collate and stitches 1 upper left with in-line refolding capabilities. Insert one 8 ½ x 11 sheet into books ranging from 8 pages to 36 pages.

Bindery ServicesFolders:

MBO – 20 x 26 – 8 Page continuous feed, with close gate fold attachment.

Stahl – 30 x 40 – 16 page continuous feed, with stacker.

Stahl – 20 x 26 – 8 Page pile feed with 8 page unit.

Rollem –

Perforate & Scoring machine with micro perfing, stop perfing, T-perfs and L-perfs. We can also do right angle perforations.

Bindery Services

Hand Department:

GBC, Spiral, Wire O, Shrink Wrapping, Padding, Counting and Fulfillment Services. We also offer packaging services that ship via FedEx or UPS.
