• Outlining is arranging notes so that important ideas stand out and make clear which point supports each of the important ideas.• What should we remember in making an outline? a. The title for the outline should be used in the report itself. b. Use Roman numerals I, II, III etc. to number topic from the others. c. Use capital letters A, B, C, D, to indicate subheadings.
