JioAuth 2FA token enrolment (for first time users)

Re-Generation of 2FA token (for users already registered with JioAuth 2FA)

Jio 2FA token enrolment (for first time users)

Step 1: (a) Visit jioauth.jio.com(b)Enter your RIL domain ID and domain password and click on ‘Login’

Step 2:Enter OTP received on your RIL registered mobile number to proceed.

Step 3: Check if the information displayed is correct and click on ‘Submit’ after providing a reason for request.

Step 4: Post submission of request in Step 3, visit the ‘Dashboard’ from the left pane to provision your authentication token. Click on ‘Generate QR-Code’ link to proceed.

Step 5: Install RIL Authenticator App from Apple AppStore/Google Playstore for scanning the QR Code.

Step 6: To complete enrolment, follow below mentioned steps on Android mobile device

Open RIL Authenticator mobile application and click on ‘I Agree’.

Click on ‘Register’ to register mobile.

Step 7: To complete enrolment, follow below mentioned steps on Apple mobile device

Open RIL Authenticator mobile application and click on ‘I Agree’.

Click on QR code icon to scan QR code generated in Step 5. Mobile internet is required for this step.

Token enrolment complete for Jio access

Step 8: Congratulations! you have successfully enrolled for 2FA OTP for accessing Jio environment.

• Please note that the on-screen 6-digit OTP changes every 30 seconds.

• Use the latest code on the screen for authentication. Each OTP can be used only once.

Step 1: (a) Visit jioauth.jio.com(b)Enter your RIL domain ID and domain password and click on ‘Login’

Step 2:Enter OTP received on your RIL registered mobile number and RIL email ID to proceed.

Re-Generation of 2FA token

Step 3: Click on the ‘Dashboard’ option on the left pane and click ‘Re-Generate Token’. This step shall only be initiated if the device is lost or stolen, or if the app is deleted and no usable token is available.

Step 4: Once the token is regenerated, please click on ‘Generate QR-Code’ option to re-enroll for the authentication token. Please follow the steps to scan the QR code as mentioned in earlier sections.
