Beginner Program (I)Ideal Age Range: 10-11

Beginner Program (II)Ideal Age Range: 12-13

For girls and boys who like to try paddling, possibly for the first time

4 week Program

2 x per Week (8 sessions)

+ 1 Race Day (Saturday)

Development Program

Dev (I) Perfect for kids who return from Lighting and Thunder

Great for kids with prior kayaking/canoeing experience

2 x per Week

Ideal Age Range: 12-14

Dev (II) Perfect for kids who paddled in the Development (I) program in the fall

Great for experienced kids who return to sprint paddling

2 x per Week

Ideal Age Range: 12-13

Dev (III) Perfect for kids who paddled in the Development (II) program in the fall.

Great for experienced kids who return to sprint paddling

2 x per Week

Ideal Age Range: 13-15

Advanced Program

Advanced-PM4 x per week, afternoon practice

Ideal Age Range: 13-18

Advanced-AMAdd-on: Morning practice in July Get extra prep for US. Sprint Nationals

High Performance Program

Up to 8 x per week, morning and afternoon practice

For athletes competent in race boat with high degree of fitness and commitment to sport

Ideal Age range: 14-19

Dragon Boat Program

Adults looking to learn Dragon Boat for fitness and teamwork

Learn team paddling technique (10 person boats)

Open to beginners and experienced paddlers - Fitness and Performance

Advanced program possible if sufficient demand

Twice per week practice (Tue and Fri)

Ideal Age: 18 and older

• Beginner and Development

July 27: 2nd Race Day
