Make sure you have your eligible
dependents selected. To add a new
dependent for 2017, click on “Change”
If you have a life event and want to
add a new dependent for 2017 you must go to the Life Events tab at the top of the page
Always click “Save and Continue.” Follow the
same process for other benefits.

Health Savings Account
If you enroll in the Health Savings Plan
(HSP), you are eligible to set aside pre-tax dollars in the
HSA. The system takes into account
NetApp’s contribution in calculating the
maximum you can contribute from your
paycheck.
You can change your election at any time during the year.

Day Care (Dependent Care) Flexible Spending Account
You must re-enroll in FSAs each year. Your election will NOT rollover to
next year.

Take advantage of your one-time opportunity as a new hire to purchase
supplemental life insurance of up to 3
times your pay with no questions asked.
You can elect up to 8x up to $4M but will need to provide proof of good
health for amounts above 3x.

§ Your first payroll deduction for your new benefits will take place on your January 6, 2017 paycheck. If you join midyear, it will be the next payroll cycle.
§ If you did not review your beneficiaries, you can go back in and do so at anytime. Be sure to update your beneficiaries whenever you have a life event, such as getting married or divorced, or having a baby.
