1. Login to your BombBomb Account

Hover your mouse over to the drop down arrow next to your profile

photo and name > choose integrations > copy your API key

2. Login to your CINC account3. Paste the API Key into CINCGo to "Edit Profile and Settings" > Scroll to the bottom and paste the

API Key into the "BombBomb Integration" box > Hit "Update"

*Broker level users can select if you want all CINC leads to flow into BombBomb

or if you want only leads assigned to you to flow into BombBomb.

To check go to “Contacts” > My List > Verify the new list

Basic information such as, Name, Email, Physical Address, Buyer/Seller, Lead Status, Creation

Date, and Source.

What type of information is being pulled into bombbomb?

What type of leads are pulled?Unworked and InProgress those subscribed to CINC email, and New Contacts.

Updating contact in CINC will it auto-update in BombBomb?no manual edit is required.

What happens when a lead unsubscribe? Will it apply to both CRMs?

Leads will only be unsubscribed from where the source is. If the email came from CINC the user

shall be unsubscribed from CINC only and not BombBomb.

Choose integrations > “Connect to Gmail”

IF you have a different account to connect to

bombbomb > go to the drop down arrow next

to your gmail address > click on “Add account”

your email address > Verify and confirm

your account.

2. Click on "Allow" at the bottom of the

page to allow BombBomb and Google

access.
