Installation of Self-Service-Payment (or ACO) in supermarkets adds the capacity and reduces the salery cost.

Problems with Self-Service:• Some goods may be connected with an age limit (spirits, wine, beer, etc.)• Bar codes can be impossible for the system to detect• Eventhough the concept is Self-Service, some customers may have problems
