5. Local and digital

We’re expanding the shopkeeper/customer relationship beyond the boundaries of bricks and mortar and bringing it in to our home and onto our smart phones.

Luckily for businesses that haven’t optimised for Mobile it’s not too late.  Mobile use is growing at a ferocious rate but worldwide only 13% of internet traffic is via mobile.
