Why we need TGOS?
It was very difficult for end-users to get complete, real time spatial data from various agencies.
Therefore, Information Center of Ministry of the Interior constructed the NGIS Data Warehouse and Clearinghouse (also called Taiwan Geospatial One-Stop Portal, or TGOS) in order to:in order to:
– Integrate spatial data from different organizations.– Reduce redundancy in data construction and
archives.– Facilitate sharing and supply of NGIS data.
