1.Product introductioniSOLUTIONS MONITOR has two basic versions:
• Wired version includes one or several wiredsensor(s) and a data collection sensor box. Thesensor box can either be installed inside the controlcabinet, or on a bracket beside the pump. The datacollected by the wired sensor installed on the pumpis transmitted into the sensor box via the sensorcable. Besides the data from the vibration sensor, thesensor box also supports other sensor types withstandard current and voltage signal output.
• Wireless version includes wireless sensor(s) withintegrated temperature and vibration monitoring.

2.1 Wireless sensorThe wireless sensor is supplied with a lithium thionylchloride battery and integrates a temperature-vibrationmeasurement module and a communication module.The sensor supports measurement of temperature andvibration, and can transmit the measured data to theCloud platform using NB-IoT communication protocols.The product also supports OTA firmware update andedge computing features.

2.2 Sensor boxThe sensor box is used to receive measured data fromthe sensors and the data bus. The sensor box cantransmit the collected data to the Cloud platform via Wifior 4G communication modules.

The standard version of sensor box includes 4configurable input/output terminals, 2 vibration signalinput terminals, and supports Modbus and GENIBUSprotocols.For the lite version sensor box, the configurable input/output terminals are not equipped.

2.3 Wired sensorThe wired sensors are used to measure the vibration ofthe target equipment. Normally, wired sensors are usedtogether with the sensor box. Power is supplied to thewired sensor via the sensor box, and vibration signalsare fed to the sensor box by the wired sensor.
