SINCE LAST BOARD MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 25, 2010, YOUR BOARD HAS

MADE MORE PROGRESS. A CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED TO A FIRM TO DETERMINE,

WITH SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, THE QUALITY LEVEL OF OUR EXISTING INTERNAL

CABLING.

THE FIRM WILL CONDUCT TESTS IN 8 DIFFERENT UNITS NEXT WEEK, AND UPON

RECEIPT OF RESULTS WE WILL INFORM YOU.
