Work Plan Process

• Work Plans are prepared each year for each control account by the assigned control account manager (CAM) for any activities that occur in the upcoming FY

• They include the scope description, baseline budgeted cost, cost plan, procurements, labor hours, scheduled activities and milestones

• They lay out in detail the BCWS for the year and form the basis for EVM performance.

• Preparation begins late in prior FY• FY09 was delayed by CRDR, EIR and EIR for CD-3 in a 6 week span

when work plans are normally prepared.• Workplans were completed in December
