FMCSA is committed to public safety and continues to identify high-risk motor carriers for early intervention. As part of this commitment, FMCSA conducted an SMS Effectiveness Test that evaluates the SMS as a workload prioritization tool identifying motor carriers with poten-tial safety problems.
