INTRODUCTION

High blood pressure usually means when the blood pressure in the arteries is elevated above the normal level, hence causes a lot of body damage. The blood pressure of a person does not remain constant, it always fluctuate with the day to day activity.

 Blood pressure is measured by comparing the pressure of the blood in the artery – usually in the arm – against a column of air or mercury in a calibrated tube (sphygmomanometer).

HYPOTHESIS

Angoitesin receptors can be used to control high blood pressure.

Applying nutritional factors to control high BP example food with low salt content.

OBJECTIVES To determine the level of blood pressure after using angoitesin receptors

on positive disease patient.

To provide an inside knowledge of possible effect of hypertension in human body system.

To study how to apply nutritional factors to control high BP particularly to hypertensive patients.

To also study the symptoms of the diseases and its basic generic characteristics in the body system.

RATIONALE

It a common disease in the entire world. It causes a lot of death in the world. It is a disease that affects the aged and

people with diabetes.

SIGNIFICANCE

Lower salt content in food drastically reduces high BP.

Angoitesin receptors can also be used to control high blood pressure.

Maintaining adequate intake of dietary calcium and magnesium for general health.

Avoid smoking and reduce intake of dietary saturated fat and cholesterol for overall cardiovascular health.

Reducing weight of about 10Kg approximate decrease 5-20 mm Hg BP.

Alcohol intake should be limited to certain range, high BP will reduce at the range of 2-4 mm Hg)

Engage in aerobic exercise at least 30 minutes daily for most days high BP will also reduce at the range 4-9 mm Hg)
