" “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13-14.

The pastor must be sure of his destination, firm in his faith, and unwavering in his belief.

We must remember that our prayers should never cease for the pastor because we need his eyes to stay focused on the prize.

When the pastor has his eyes on the prize, the

church is able to see Jesus!
