Application Server – Static Data Reference SyntaxTelem_Server_<NodeName>:<Full Group Path Name>.<PointName>

<NodeName> is by default the name of the computer node where the Telemetry Server instance is installed. You can customize the "NodeName" field in Telemetry Server to accommodate for redundancy scenarios.• Ex: Node name is ATS001

<Full Group Path Name> is the full hierarchical name of the group levels where the point is configured. If the point is configure in Region “01A”, and region 01A belongs to “Region01”, the <Full Group Path Name> is “Region01.01A".• Ex: Region01.01A

<PointName> is the actual name, or identification name of the point in Telemetry server.• Ex: Pump_Pressure

Important!Syntax is Case Sensitive

Application Server – Dynamic Data Reference SyntaxTelem_Server_<ScopeName>:%<GroupName.OutstationName>;<PointType>;<SyntaxSpecificItems>;[<PointName>]

<GroupName.OutstationName> is the full hierarchical name of the group levels where the point is configured, and the Outstation name that will host the new point• Ex: Region01.01A.Outstation01

[<PointName>] is optional. If omitted, the identification name will be the Point Type concatenated to the Point Number. ***Must be surrounded by square brackets []***• Ex: [Pump_Running]

<Point Type> defines the data type that will be created for the point• Ex: AI for analog input, AO for analog output, DI for discrete input, etc.

<SyntaxSpecific Itmes> will vary by protocol. • Ex: DNP3 requires the Point Number here… use point 2
