New Growth for L i ly f ie ldThis season has been very busy for L i ly f ie ld as an organizat ion! L i ly f ie ld i s growing , and with the growth, we are expanding our capacity to serve more and more chi ldren and fami l ies in need in Oklahoma. One of the most exc i t ing parts of our growth inc ludes a grant L i ly f ie ld received with Americorps. With the grant , we have sent 14 AmeriCorps members to serve at-r isk chi ldren and their fami l ies , pr imar i ly in South OKC. We wi l l add more AmeriCorps members throughout the year, br inging that tota l to 41!

We have a lso added 9 new Empower staff pos i t ions to support at-r isk chi ldren and fami l ies as the result of a new contract with OKDHS. One of these is Donna Walker, our new EmpowerTulsa Coordinator. We are thr i l led to br ing our community of hope model to Tulsa as wel l as South OKC!

So far th is year we have served 1,089 c l ients across a l l of our programs, far exceeding the number of c l ients we have ever served in a s ingle year at L i ly f ie ld. This substant ia l growth is only poss ib le because of your generous help and support . Both the AmeriCorps grant and the new DHS contract are only poss ib le with pr ivate matching donat ions.
