Louise Livingston in TMA's San Francisco officeleads this specialist team of executives - Jana Byron,Dee O'Leary, Linda Wright, Markus McMIllin andNoreen Arralde. Their experience is drawn fromhandling personal injury problems from a widevariety of transportation, insurance and legal fields.They have handled cases in trial, some have previouslytried cases as practising attorneys in both Federal andState Court and all have attended mediations on behalfof Members. The team considers individual claims,identifies large claims, reviews claims trends, casesthat may need to be tried, liability and damages issues,works together with the Member and attorneys onfuture case strategies and applies collective teamexpertise and experience to bodily injury matters.
