Throughout the year, the AVMA hosts events and conference to keep its members up-to-date on changes within the veterinary community. One event, scheduled for January 8 through 11, 2015, at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago, is the Veterinary Leadership Conference (VLC). At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to avail themselves of networking opportunities and workshop gatherings, as well as listen to addresses by keynote speakers. Attendees may also partake in team-building exercises and gain continuing education credit.
