Our wood windows are made in 57mm (2-1/4”),

68mm (2-5/8”), or 110mm (4-1/3”) profiles.

Q-lon brand seals are used, providing a tight fit to

all four sides of the casement.

Windows featuring additional seals and special insulating

glass provide even better sound and thermal insulation.

The patented glazing bar prevents the formation of gaps

along its edge and makes the replacement of damaged or

broken glass a much simpler task.

Two of our products have received the prestigious Passivhous

Institute Certificate from the Darmstadt institute in Germany.

MULLION

Double-HungThe traditional double-hung window with weight and chain balances

is suitable for renovation projects and new construction.

Our windows feature counterbalance weights, solid brass chain

and pulleys that perfectly ease the operation of the window. They

are designed in the traditional method of operation dating back to

the 16th century. Here, this Old World craftsmanship is combined

with a 21-st century technology.

The contemporary single or

concealed spring balance are

Our selection of “Old World craftsmanship” hardware takes you back

matching safety hinges on the outside, and stay bars that allow you to lock the

window’s sash in position, preventing it from being effected by wind gusts.

maximum safety and tight closing. This type of window is

recommended for commercial application and residential hous-

es that require additional safety features and tight closing.

Roll-down or wood-framed screens protect you from bugs and

debris. When window is in open position, special hardware unable

you to “lock” sash in desired position, protecting it from wind gusts.

Wood/Aluminum Cladding Windows and DoorsA combination of wood and aluminum provides the warmth-creating

effect of wood indoors and lasting protection and low maintenance on

the outside.

Aluminum trim is available in all RAL colors,as well as wood or metal

imitation colors, with a superior resistance to fading and chalking.

Aluminum cladding is made from extruded aluminum, which last

longer than rolled formed aluminum and protects the window and door

exterior. Since the cladding of our products is set away from the under-

lying wood, an air space is created that improves thermal performance.

There is a wide range of styles, designer shapes and accessories as

well as a broad selection of glazing; IG, safety and decorative glass.

Awning windows are hinged at the top

of the window and swing open from the

bottom outward. These windows offer

great ventilation without letting outside

debris or other elements inside your home.

Awning windows are often seen

below fixed windows or above large patio doors to pull in cool air .

The Hopper window is hinged at the bot-

tom of the window rather from the top and

opens inward rather than outward.

Hoppers are mostly seen in basements,

offering good ventilation and allowing the

Custom Entry DoorsPremium, Windows and Doors offers over 400 entry door styles

with matching sidelites and transoms.

We use premium hardwood species such as Oak, Meranti

and Walnut.

The wide selection of ornamental glass will satisfy the most

sophisticated client in their home customization.

All entrance doors feature standard or triple-locking and

special hinges for easy mounting. Electrical locking is also avail-

able for even higher security. Doors can be fitted with the five-point

locking safety mechanism and safety glass.

French DoorsFrench doors are one of the most elegant additions that you can

make to your home décor. French and patio doors come with Low-E,

tempered, safety, decorative option glazing. We offer a wide selection

of French and Patio doors feature designer’s hardware, multipoint

locking systems, optional sidelites and transoms.

Inswing French doors are suitable for homes where interior space

is in abundance. Outswing French and Patio doors are recommended

for homes with heavy traffic and limited interior space.

Lift and Slide DoorsPremium, Windows and Doors Lift and Slide doors create vir-

tual moving walls that slide and overlap each other or disappear

into the wall pocket.

Thr Lift and Slide door system is a popular style for opening

up large wall spaces. The weight on the panels rests on the solid

wood surface and compresses the weather stripping, creating a

weather resisting seal.

The doors run on wheel car-

riages to provide needed support

and smooth operation. Operat-

ing panels combined with fixed

panels enable a number of size

configuration and possibilities.

Lift and slide doors are

available in wood and wood/al.

Tilt and Slide DoorsPremium, Windows and Doors tilt and slide patio doors feature a

quality of appearance and performance that were previously con-

sidered unthinkable in quality hardwood. The moving panels of the

patio door can be locked, tilted for ventilation, locked in line with a

fixed panel for security or slid behind the fixed panel.

The tilt function offers excellent ventilation and better air cir-

culation than most of the traditional sliding types, yet requires less

room for installation and operation.

Tilt and Sliding doors are available in wood and wood/al. cladding.

Aluminum DoorsAluminium entrance doors are made of profiles supplied by the

German manufacturer SCHÜCO.

Rich design, superior security and durability characterise this

Apart from single-side and double-side doors, available features

or door. Their primary purpose is to prevent insects and debris from

entering the screened structure while permitting fresh air flow.

Premium, Windows and Doors offers two types of screens:

• Roll-down screens for smaller and medium size windows.

• Laminated wood screen frames for larger windows and doors.

( Laminated wood frames prevent screens from warping due to

the extended size of the screen frame.)

Screen mesh comes in high transparency or charcoal fiberglass.
