Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death: Revolutionary Ideas in Revolutionary Literature. This unit focuses on the nonfiction literature and poetry of the American Revolutionary period with particular emphasis on persuasive techniques used in the letters, pamphlets, and speeches of the period.
