2. Choose your Stateroom: Study the Deck Plans and select 3 S t a t e r o o m Categories - IN ORDER OF PRIORITY – i n which you would like to enjoy your voyage. There is no guarantee you will receive your choice; if not the next best alternative Stateroom will be assigned by the ship. (NOTE: This is a very popular Cruise itinerary and all Staterooms are subject to limited availability. The earlier you make your reservation - the better are your chances to secure the accommodations you desire). You will receive written confirmation of your Stateroom assignment. If you do not agree with the initial Stateroom assignment, please contact Martin McCarthy immediately in writing, with your concerns and suggested solution.

Credit Card Authorization CANCELLATION POLICY. When we receive a written notice of cancellation from you addressed to Us at our principal offices (collectively “cancellations”), both parties agree to the following provisions. a. In the event of cancellations actually received by Us ninety-one (91) days or more prior to sailing date, a refund of all amounts already paid to us will be made, less a $250.00 per person administrative fee. b. In the event of cancellations actually received by Us on or between sixty-one (61) days and ninety (90) days prior to sailing date, a refund of all amounts already paid to Us will be made, less a cancellation charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the gross fare. c. In the event of cancellations actually received by Us on or between thirty-one (31) days and sixty (60) days prior to sailing date, a refund of all amounts already paid to Us will be made, less a cancellation charge equal to seventy five percent (75%) of the gross fare. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment, you agree to be liable to Us for the difference. d. In the event of cancellations actually received by Us on or between the sailing date and thirty (30) days prior to sailing date, a cancellation charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the gross fare will be imposed. In addition, any prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees incurred will not be refunded. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment, you agree to be liable to Us for the difference. e. In the event that no notice is given or cancellation is not received by Us (“no-show”) prior to sailing date, no refund of the applicable fare will be made and a cancellation charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the gross fare will be imposed. The plan series includes two levels of coverage, depending upon the needs and desires of the Group Leader or Organizer - Standard and Plus. All rates are provided on a “Gross Cost” basis (with 25% commission). With both of the GroupAdvantage Plans, the Pre-Existing Condition exclusion is waived provided: a) the plan is purchased at or before the final payment for his/her Trip; b) the booking for the Trip is the first and only booking for this travel period and destination; and c) The Insured is not disabled from travel at the time he/she makes payment for this plan.
Primary Medical Coverage
Both GroupAdvantage Plans provide primary Medical Expense coverage for medical expenses incurred during the Trip due to a covered Injury or Sickness which occurs during the Covered Trip. There is no need for the traveler to file a claim with his/her personal medical insurance provider for these expenses.
Cancel For Any Reason
With the GroupAdvantage Plus Plan, the Cancel For Any Reason Benefit reimburses 75% of the unused, non-refundable, prepaid expenses for Travel Arrangements, provided:
1) the payment for the Plus Plan is received at or before the final payment for his/her Trip; and
2) the Insured insures 100% of the cost of all Travel Arrangements that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions; and
3) the Insured cancels the Trip two (2) days or more before his/her Scheduled Departure Date.

All GroupAdvantage Plans include 24-Hour Medical Assistance and Concierge Services and also include our exclusive Global Xpi Medical Records Service (giving travelers access to their medical information in the event of a medical emergency while traveling).
